1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1  These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ph787 website, mobile web application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to comply with these Terms.

1.2  ph787 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3  These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered account held by a Player on the ph787 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins values, or non-cash incentives granted to a Player under a promotional offer.
• "GCash" means the mobile wallet service operated by G-Xchange, Inc. (GXI), a subsidiary of Globe Telecom, commonly used for deposits and withdrawals on ph787.

3. Eligibility

3.1  Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ph787 Platform. This is a mandatory legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2  Age Verification. ph787 reserves the right to request government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license) to verify your age at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3.3  Geographic Restrictions. The ph787 Platform is designed for and marketed to players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using ph787 complies with the laws applicable in your location. ph787 makes no representations that its services are appropriate or legally available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

3.4  Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or play on ph787:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from ph787 or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform;
• Persons who appear on PAGCOR's exclusion registry;
• Employees, directors, or immediate family members of ph787 or any of its affiliated companies;
• Persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Account Registration & Management

4.1  Single Account Policy. Each individual may only hold one active Account on ph787. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same person, ph787 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and void any winnings or withdrawals pending at the time of detection.

4.2  Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account information promptly if anything changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.3  Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ph787 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph787 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4  Account Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any Account balance to any third party. ph787 reserves the right to cancel any such transfer and confiscate the relevant funds.

4.5  KYC Verification. ph787 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time — most commonly before your first withdrawal. Documents accepted include Philippine National ID, passport, UMID, and government-issued driver's license. KYC documents are processed within 1–3 business days.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1  ph787 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2  All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not permitted and will be reversed.

5.3  ph787 does not charge deposit fees on its own behalf; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees for which ph787 is not responsible.

5.4  All transactions on ph787 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees from international payment methods are borne by the Player.

6. Withdrawals

6.1  Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification, compliance with wagering requirements on any bonus funds, and ph787's standard security checks.

6.2  The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though ph787 reserves the right to implement daily or weekly limits at its discretion for security purposes.

6.3  Withdrawals to GCash for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

6.4  Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. This requirement exists to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

6.5  ph787 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if there is reason to believe that the funds are the result of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any violation of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1  General Bonus Terms. All bonuses offered by ph787 are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply.

7.2  Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱500 bonus requires ₱10,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

7.3  Game Contribution Rates. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the bonus terms for each promotion.

7.4  Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited unless the promotional offer specifies a different validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

7.5  One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses concurrently may result in all bonuses being voided.

7.6  Bonus Abuse. ph787 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated play across multiple accounts, and exploitation of technical errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, ph787 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

8.1  All games offered on ph787 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly tested and audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

8.2  Each game has its own specific rules. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game interface.

8.3  In the event of a technical failure during a game round — including server disconnection, power outage, or software error — the round will be completed using the last known server state. ph787 maintains complete server logs for all game activity. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded to the Player's account.

8.4  Malfunction voids all pays and plays. ph787 is not liable for any loss arising from a game malfunction. If you notice a potential malfunction, cease play and contact support immediately.

9. Prohibited Activities

9.1  The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph787 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether personally or through third parties;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment instruments for deposits;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of ph787;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the ph787 Platform;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or negatively affects the experience of other players.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

10.1  ph787 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the Player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) ph787 is required to do so by applicable law or PAGCOR regulation; (c) ph787 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) the Account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months.

10.2  Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after completion of any pending compliance checks, provided no fraud or terms violation is identified.

10.3  Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending withdrawals already in process at the time of the request.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1  All content on the ph787 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of ph787 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2  You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the express written permission of ph787.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1  ph787 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12.2  ph787 is committed to compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal information.

13. Limitation of Liability

13.1  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph787 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

13.2  ph787's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3  Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such liability cannot be lawfully excluded.

14. Responsible Gaming

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

16.1  These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

16.2  ph787 operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through ph787's internal support process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official dispute resolution channels.

16.3  All disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution procedures.
